Availability:

Two weeks notice is about the right time for booking cookies. Sometimes there will be a cookie cutter or color that I’ll need to have time to get ordered to make your perfect set of cookies! When inquiring about availability, please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as I get orders. Inquiring about the availability of a date does not reserve it for you. Your order is placed and your date reserved only when payment is received.

Placing an Order:

Invoices will be sent to your email address via PayPal and will give you the option to make a debit or credit card payment. Your invoice is good for 72 hours after it is sent. If it is not paid by this time, it will be cancelled automatically.

Picking Up an Order:

The pick-up location for all local orders is at my home near the Sawdust WalMart. I do not offer delivery services.

Custom cookie orders are non-refundable, but payment may be transferred to a future order if at least seven days notice is given before the originally scheduled pick up. Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within six months.

If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfill it, a full refund will be issued.

Changing an Order:

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at my discretion and depend on my ability to accommodate the request.

Shipping:

As per the Texas Cottage Laws it is against the law for me to ship cookies.

Refunds:

All sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to be inspected for their condition. Credits to put towards future orders will be given at my sole discretion. Please keep in mind that these are handmade items and each cookie will vary slightly from one another. Designs will also vary from any photos provided. I will always try my very best to rectify any issues as best and as fairly as possible.

Order Release and Cookie Care:

Once you receive your order and it is no longer in my possession I cannot be held responsible for the condition of the cookies.

Please make sure there is a clear area in your vehicle for travelling with the cookies. Cookies are very fragile and must be handled with care.

You must be very gentle with the bakery box/boxes or tray that the cookies are packed in.

By placing your order and submitting your payment you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. A copy of these terms will be attached to your invoice.
